Y Axis Vertical Head Motion : The spindle housing is supported in the vertical column guide ways, which is heavy duty, box type and ribbed. The spindle housing is cartridge type and fitted with imported super precision angular contact bearings to have long trouble free life and sensitivity essential for extra ordinary finish.

Z Axis Cross Motion : He cross feed is automatic with solid- state electronic circuit infinitely variable. The rapid job positioning is also possible screws are nitrided for long life and separated lubrication pump for lubrication. Rapid vertical wheel positioning through electrical motor is also provided.
