General Description : Saraswathi Presses are the result of long manufacturing experience and actual performance of the machine in our own works. All the special factors of our presses are maintained in all the products to ensure trouble - free performance. All Saraswathi Presses are tested and certified D.G.S..& D. to grade 1 accuracy and are available from 5 to 40 tons capacities by in adjustable crank as well as in fixed crank and also available in geared (except 5 tones presses) and ungeared presses. Saraswathi Power Presses incorporate latest improvements to keep production cost down- give high efficiency and simplicity in operation.

Frame : Is made of heavy cast iron and provided with rigid ribs inside the frame. The frame is machined after along period of; seasoning to ensure molecular stability

Clutch : Is of simple and special design for working either continuous or single strokes is operated by pressing the clutch pedal for single strokes and by removing a stud on the crank collar for continuous operation.

Ram : Is of rugged construction and is made of high tensile cast iron, with round die stalk hole and clamp. it can be tightened by means of screws on the sides. The slide can be adjusted very easily in the connecting rod up to 1.1/2

Bearings : The machine is provided with bush bearing of phosphor bronze and machined to highest accuracy. easily replaceable.

Knockout : The press is fitted with knockout brackets for stripping down the parts drawn in, thus faciliting the work.

Standard equipment :  Electric Motor, Starter, V - Belts, etc.

Additional equipment : Operator's interlocking finger guard, feed roller attachment, one - shot lubrication device, spring - loaded Die cushion (to be ordered with the machine)
